Production process of stainless steel sintered filter element

The filter element of stainless steel sintering net is referred to as stainless steel sintering filter element. The products in the market are mixed with fish eyes, inferior materials, low filling and high filtering accuracy, and rough processing technology, which make some products offer very low prices. Customers need to polish their eyes to avoid the loss outweighing the gain and causing the loss of production accidents.

In case of air leakage in the pressure range after welding bubble test, all filter elements will be scrapped.
