It retains the excellent chemical and physical properties inherent to nickel, including superior electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. This material plays an indispensable role in applications such as hydrogen production via electrolysis, new energy technologies, and fuel cell systems. Plain Weave

The plain weave mesh features a warp-weft interlacing structure, where each warp wire passes alternately over and under the weft wires at a 90-degree vertical angle, ensuring uniform and regular diameters of both warp and weft wires as well as consistent mesh openings.

Twill Weave

Twill Weave

In twill weave, each warp wire alternately passes over two and under two weft wires, with each weft wire following the same pattern over two and under two warp yarns. The warp and weft diameters are identical, resulting in a continuous parallel diagonal pattern.

Dutch Weave

Dutch Weave

Dutch weave employs thicker warp wires and finer weft wires. The weft wires alternate over and under pairs of warp wires, forming a fine mesh in one direction and a coarse mesh in the other, ultimately producing a tight, conical or wedge-shaped mesh surface.

Reverse Dutch Weave

Reverse Dutch Weave

Reverse Dutch weave adopts the opposite configuration of the Dutch weave, utilizing fine warp wires and thick weft wires to form triangular horizontal pores.

5-Heddle Weave

Each warp wire interlaces alternately over and under each weft wire at a 90-degree angle, with identical diameters for both warp and weft wires and uniform, regularly structured apertures.

Herringbone Weave

Herringbone Weave

Herringbone weave is a specialized variant of twill weave. Depending on the mesh width and practical application, the direction of the twill pattern reverses at intervals such as 20, 50, 100, 200, or 500 millimeters, creating a pattern resembling a herringbone skeleton.

Crimped Weave

Crimped weave utilizes pre-embossed wires that are interlocked or nested to form heavy-duty metal meshes. During the crimped process, the wires are precisely bent at specified intervals to ensure an accurately defined mesh structure.
