Sintered metal mesh filter cartridge is the cylindrical filter element made of sintered wire mesh. Sintered metal filter cartridge made from stainless steel shows good performance in fine filtration of high temperature, pressure and viscous fluids.

When filtering fluids (liquids or gases) in industrial filtration, the following processes will be experienced:

Step 1: Fluid Inlet

The filtration fluid enters the industrial filter from the bottom and flows upward. Impurities are intercepted on the outer surface of the metal sintered mesh filter elements, gradually forming a layer of filter cake.

Step 2: Depth Filtration and Adsorption

The filtered fluid enters the interior of the sintered metal filter for precision filtration. Many fine particles are captured within its deep structure, which tests the dirt-holding capacity of the sintered metal filter.

Step 3: Purified Fluid Discharge  

After multi-stage filtration and sieving, the purified fluid is discharged through the drainage outlet. When the industrial filter reaches the preset pressure threshold, the feeding process is halted, and residual sediments within the system are evacuated.

Step 4: Back-Blowing Initiation

When the inlet and outlet valves of the industrial filter are closed, the reverse blowing gas source valve is instantly opened, allowing clean compressed gas to be vigorously sprayed outwards from the inside of the metal sintering filter in reverse.

Step 5: Filtration Completion  

Upon completion of the backwash process, the filter cake is discharged through the residue outlet, and the control system proceeds to close the outlet. The Metal sintered mesh filter element is now primed and ready to commence the subsequent filtration cycle.
