An Australian aerospace equipment manufacturer, aiming to address the limitations of conventional filter elements—such as insufficient pressure resistance, complex maintenance procedures, and time-consuming operations—has undertaken technical upgrades for the hydraulic systems and engine lubrication systems of new-generation civil aircraft. To ensure long-term operational safety and system stability, the manufacturer has opted to equip these systems with high-precision metallic filtration elements that comply with military-grade standards and are suitable for extreme operating conditions. Case Details

 

For custom production based on drawings provided by the client, it is essential to ensure compliance with critical parameters while delivering superior corrosion resistance and impact resistance performance, in accordance with the SAE AS4059 aviation filtration standard. The metal filter element must achieve high-efficiency retention of metal debris and micro-impurities in hydraulic oil and lubricating oil, ensuring that fluid cleanliness meets the NAS 1638 Class 5 standard, thereby preventing potential risks such as valve blockage and seal failure.

 

Upon receiving the client’s requirements and drawings, our organization assembled a dedicated technical team and provided a quotation. After mutual agreement on the quote, we executed a systematic process from drawing review, prototype manufacturing, mass production, to after-sales support, delivering one-stop custom services. The core product is a custom-designed 316L stainless steel sintered filter unit, tailored to the provided specifications.
