Hydrogen Station High-Pressure Hydrogen Gas Filtration Upgrade Project in South Korea
The hydrogen energy enterprise's hydrogen station generates trace amounts of particulate impurities and oil droplets during hydrogen gas transportation. The working pressure difference is large, and brittle fracture risks are prone to occur. Traditional filters cannot meet the filtration precision requirements of the industry, and frequent failures have seriously affected the hydrogen refueling efficiency. Our factory customized a metal filter resistant to brittle fracture for them. After its application, the hydrogen purity reached 6N level, the service life was effectively extended, the replacement cost was reduced, the downtime of the hydrogen station was decreased, and the hydrogen refueling efficiency was also improved. The effect was remarkable.
A gas pipeline filtration and protection project in France
This project involves pipeline media containing coal seam impurities, free moisture, and trace amounts of sulfides. Traditional filters are prone to clogging, have poor quality, are easily damaged and require frequent maintenance, which increases unnecessary costs and seriously affects the stable transportation of natural gas. Our factory customized 316L stainless steel cylindrical metal filters for this project. The cleanliness of natural gas can reach 99.9%, the failure rate has decreased, it supports repeated cleaning and regeneration, the maintenance frequency has been reduced, and the maintenance cost has also been lowered, achieving long-term stable transportation of natural gas.
