Upgrade of a Strong Acid Reaction System for a German Fine Chemical Company
This company specializes in high-end intermediates and requires purification from concentrated sulfuric acid reaction solutions. The filtration accuracy must be ≥5μm. The original filter only lasted one and a half months, suffered frequent leaks, failed to meet purity standards, and resulted in frequent downtime for maintenance. They customized 316L sintered metal filter elements from our factory. After implementation, the filter's lifespan was extended, the product purity pass rate improved, and the number of downtimes and energy consumption were significantly reduced. Catalyst Recovery and Protection at a Japanese Petrochemical Hydrogenation Unit
This petrochemical company's hydrorefining unit requires precision filtration of high-pressure hydrogen feed to recover precious metal catalysts. The filtration accuracy must be ≥1μm. The original filters were prone to damage, resulting in catalyst loss and significant losses. Our factory custom-produced stainless steel corrugated filter elements. After implementation, the pressure resistance increased, the catalyst retention efficiency reached 99.8%, the pressure drop stabilized, and it supports ultrasonic cleaning and regeneration, resulting in a significant increase in annual recovery revenue.
